Newforce sits within OpenDhi Group alongside Dhi ADT (global workforce and payroll) and Bhaiyaa (hyperlocal commerce). OpenDhi itself builds the group's AI execution layer for enterprises.
Clients contract with the Newforce entity appropriate to their jurisdiction — Newforce Global Services Ltd in the UK, or Newforce Global Services India Private Limited in India. The contracting entity's registration details and certification status are provided in writing during procurement, and the statutory particulars of both entities appear in the footer of every page.

We define what is included, what is excluded and who owns what, before we quote. A price without a scope is a future dispute.
Performance is reported against measures agreed at the start, in a format the client specifies — including when the numbers are poor.
We do not publish client logos without permission, certification badges we do not hold, or capability we cannot demonstrate.
No one joins your team without your interview and your approval. Replacement terms are agreed in advance.
Access, data handling, retention and incident response are contractual terms with named owners, not policy statements.
Documentation, handover and transition assistance are defined at the start of the engagement, not negotiated at the end.
