Advice that comes with the capacity to deliver it.

We work across enterprise applications, cloud and infrastructure, data and AI enablement, cybersecurity and application support — from assessment and design through to implementation and run.

Practice areas

Where we work.

We are a delivery organization first. Advisory work is scoped so it ends in something implementable, with a costed path to get there.

Enterprise applications

Assessment, implementation support, integration and ongoing application management for core business systems.

  • Implementation and rollout support
  • Integration between core systems using standard, approved interfaces
  • Application managed services and enhancement
  • Testing, cutover and hypercare support

Cloud and infrastructure

Migration, modernization and operation of cloud and hybrid estates, including data residency and sovereignty requirements.

  • Migration assessment and planning
  • Landing zone and platform build
  • Hybrid and data-residency-constrained architectures
  • Managed operations and cost optimization

Data and AI enablement

The engineering work that has to happen before AI produces anything an enterprise can rely on.

  • Data platform and pipeline engineering
  • Data quality, governance and lineage
  • Use-case assessment and feasibility
  • Deployment, monitoring and human review design

Cybersecurity and support

Practical security work and the day-to-day support function that keeps an estate running.

  • Security assessment and remediation support
  • Identity and access management
  • Monitoring and incident response support
  • Service desk and application support
How we scope

No engagement starts without a written definition of done.

This is the single biggest predictor of whether a consulting engagement delivers what the client expected.

1

Assess

A time-boxed assessment with a fixed fee and a defined output — not an open-ended discovery.

2

Define

A written scope: what is included, what is explicitly excluded, what each party is responsible for.

3

Cost

A costed delivery plan with the assumptions listed, so you can see what would change the number.

4

Deliver

Execution against the plan with agreed governance and a named change-request rate for anything outside scope.

5

Transition

Documentation and handover to your team, or into a managed service if you want us to keep running it.

What you can expect from us

Commitments we will put in the contract.

  • A named engagement lead who stays with the engagement.
  • Written scope with explicit exclusions and assumptions.
  • Change requests quoted at an agreed rate and approved before work starts.
  • Deliverables reviewed against acceptance criteria set at the start.
  • All work product and documentation transferred to you.
What we will tell you honestly

Including when it costs us the work.

  • When the requirement does not need consulting and needs a decision instead.
  • When your existing supplier is better placed to do the work.
  • When the timeline you have been given is not achievable.
  • When a proof of concept should be run before a full program is committed.
  • When the capability sits outside what we can credibly deliver.
Group capability

Access to the OpenDhi execution layer, when it is the right answer.

Newforce is the services and infrastructure arm — AI and data advisory, cloud and infrastructure, and the talent to run modern operations at scale. Where a client's problem is better solved by the group's orchestration technology than by more delivery hours, we can bring it into the engagement. Where it is not, we say so — our consulting work is not a route to sell you a product.

Bring us the decision you are stuck on.

We would rather have a short honest conversation about whether we can help than write a proposal for work that should not happen.
