We are not presenting ourselves as a data center owner-operator, a colocation provider, or a hardware reseller, and we do not claim capacity of our own. Where a client needs facility space or hardware, we help them assess and procure it from the operators and vendors who provide it.

National AI compute program

Under the IndiaAI Mission (₹10,371.92 crore over five years), the government reported to Parliament in March 2026 that more than 38,000 GPUs had been onboarded for common compute facilities, offered at subsidized rates — widely reported at ₹65 per GPU-hour — several times below commercial cloud pricing. Further expansion toward 100,000 GPUs has been announced.

Commercial AI capacity build-out

Indian operators have announced large liquid-cooled AI data center deployments with multi-hundred-megawatt campus roadmaps. The constraint for most enterprises is no longer whether capacity exists — it is having the people to plan, deploy and operate against it.

Sovereignty and data residency

For regulated sectors, where AI workloads run and where the data sits are now design constraints rather than procurement details. Sovereign cloud options in India have matured accordingly, and residency needs to be designed in from the start rather than retrofitted.

Group context

Sovereign infrastructure experience through OpenDhi Group.

In May 2026, Larsen & Toubro announced that L&T Vyoma — its sovereign AI cloud and digital infrastructure business — had partnered with OpenDhi Group to host and scale OpenDhi's enterprise and retail technology platforms on secure, India-based infrastructure. That group-level work informs how we advise clients with data residency and sovereignty constraints.
