To contact us about anything in this policy, or to exercise any of your rights, write to experts@newforceltd.com.
This is a brochure website. It does not require an account, does not set cookies, and does not run analytics or tracking of any kind.
The only personal data connected with this website is what you choose to send us:
All fonts and other assets on this website are served from our own domain. No request is made to any third-party server when you view these pages.
We process the personal data in your inquiries for one purpose: to respond to you and, where relevant, to follow up on a potential business relationship. Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries addressed to us (Article 6(1)(f)). Where the law of your jurisdiction requires consent for such processing, your act of sending us the inquiry constitutes that consent, which you may withdraw at any time by writing to us.
Inquiry correspondence is received into our business mailboxes, which are operated by our email service provider under contract. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except our service providers, our group companies where needed to respond to you, and where disclosure is required by law.
Because we operate from the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and India, your correspondence may be accessed from any of those locations. Where personal data is transferred out of the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
Inquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from our last exchange with you, unless it becomes part of a contractual relationship (in which case it is retained under our contract records retention) or a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; to receive it in a portable format; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to experts@newforceltd.com. We respond within the timescales required by applicable law.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the European Union, your local data protection authority; and in India, the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as it comes into force.
This website sets no cookies and uses no similar technologies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and any legally required consent mechanism will be added before any non-essential cookie is set.
Any change to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date above.
